Management Items:

I. Tickets can be purchased for weekends 1–3 and used ANY of the first 7 days of the event, OR purchased for weekends 4-5 and used ANY of the last four days of the event. (Tickets purchased for weekends 1-3 may be upgraded for weekends 4-5 by bringing them to our Will Call window and requesting an UPGRADE; the upgrade fee is an additional $5.00 per adult ticket. The child’s ticket price remains the same.)

II. Tickets are fully transferable and can be gifted to any person of your choosing.

III. There are NO REFUNDS on advance ticket orders.

IV. Any coupons from newspapers, flyers, or online must be brought to the Fair Box Office for redemption with the purchase of a FULL PRICED ADULT ticket.

V. Coupons and other discounts may NOT be combined with advance sales tickets.

VI. Season Passes are not transferable, and must be presented with a photo I.D.

VII. Parking fees are $12.00 per car (charged at the entrance to the lot by the Cow Palace).

VIII. Wheelchairs: The Fair is handicapped accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rental at the Cloak Check inside the Fair for $10.00 per half day (4 hours) or $20.00 per full day (4+ hours) on a first-come, first-served basis.

IX. If you have any trouble printing your tickets, please come to the Will Call window at the Fair to have your order processed.

X. Print media and social network discounts may exceed discounts offered through our website.

Admission Prices at the Gate

  • First, Second and Third Weekends, Adult/General Admission (13+): $25.00
    (Nov. 19, 20, 25, 26, 27; Dec. 3, 4)
  • Fourth and Fifth Weekends, Adult/General Admission (13+): $30.00
    (Dec. 10, 11, 17, 18)
  • Children (5-12 yrs): $12.00 (Children under 5 are always free!)
  • Pickwick Club 2015 Season Pass: $90.00 (a $295.00 value!)
  • Adult Twilight Tickets, available after 3:00 PM: $15.00
  • Child Twilight Tickets, available after 3:00 PM: $8.00

Group Ticket Sales

Group tickets (for groups of 20-29) may be purchased online beginning September 20.

  • Group tickets for Adults are $18.00 per ticket plus a convenience fee charged by Eventbrite per ticket (minimum of 20 tickets required).
  • Group tickets for Children are $8.00 per ticket with no convenience fee (minimum of 15 tickets required).
