Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

We Believe in Equity as a Way of Life

Our art and our craft has always been based in the knowledge that joyous, creative encounters between people can truly change lives for the better. We strive to use our event and our voices in ways that create a positive impact on our audiences, our community of artists and artisans, and the larger society of which we are a part.

Knowing this, we are actively working towards addressing historic injustices in the performing arts, and to dismantle harmful power dynamics within our own business practices and events. Using our art in service of a wider vision of social change, we are committed to taking action. This 3-Year DEI Plan seeks to be a real-time, ongoing reflection of our process, our progress, and our accountability. We expect that all our participants and customers also agree to our Code of Conduct. We will keep our participant community informed through regular updates and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our community partners. Questions can be e-mailed to [email protected].
