Bring your appetite when you visit The Great Dickens Christmas Fair - there is ever so much to eat and drink!
Feast on delicious foods from the British Empire and beyond, from scrumptious savories to tempting hand-crafted sweets. Then visit one of our 5 traditional pubs to enjoy draft ales, wine, and champagne, or wrap your hands around a Hot Buttered Rum, Irish coffee, or Hot Toddy. Or, enjoy a traditional English High Tea with Scones and little sandwiches - anytime is teatime in Britain!
Food prices at the Dickens Fair range from desserts/coffee/tea at $2 to full plated meals at $15. Reservation meals at Cuthbert's Tea Shoppe are $27. No food vendors accept credit cards; there are four ATMs in the event.

The Tippling Toad (Patrick Morris) Delicious full meals, including turkey, duck, and chicken platters, with all the sides and extras. A Christmas favorite. Don't forget the pumpkin pie! A private dining parlour may be reserved for a special sit-down feast. There are two seatings a day, at 2:00 and 4:00; included in the reservation is a ticket for the Saucy French Postcards Review. Cuthbert's Tea Shoppe (Sue Honor) is the place where visitors to the Dickens Christmas Fair can come and enjoy a nice pot of tea, scones, tea sandwiches, and delightful desserts in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Victorian London. Patrons do not need reservations, but without a reservation there is a possibility that we may not have space available due to our Shoppe's popularity, especially for our 4 p.m. High Tea service. In addition to tea, our menu includes Tea Sandwiches, brownies, gingerbread, rum cake, Devon puffs, plum pudding, English sticky toffee pudding, shortbread, trifle, fruit cup, gingersnaps, tarts, and macaroons. Gluten-free and/or vegan options available of most items! |
