How to Apply

If you would like to be a Merchant at the fair

GENERAL INFORMATION

JURYING
All items will be juried for:
… quality of craftsmanship
… uniqueness of design
… use of materials
… percentage of handcrafting of wares
… demonstration

Items comprised of raw materials will be considered of higher quality than assembled or embellished items. You will be asked to remove from your booth any item that has not been juried or was not approved by the jury committee.

PLACEMENT
Booth assignments will be distributed at Stakeout. The main factors taken into account with regard to booth placement are:
… Quality and uniqueness of craft
… Booth design and presentation
… Seniority
… Type of craft
… Demonstration

BOOTH FEES/TERMS
…  Level I - $500-$700 - craft activities, mystics, low-volume crafts, small carts
…  Level II - $600-$1000 - games, small booths (up to 12x16), average-sized carts
…  Level III - $1000-$1,400 - majority of crafts, average-sized booths (up to 16X20), high-volume carts
…  Level IV - $1,400-$2,000 -high-volume crafts, extra-large spaces (over 16x20), key locations

Your fee level will be determined by your application information and will be communicated in your acceptance package. Fees for shared booths will be determined on a case by case basis. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions.

Fees are due in three payments on June 15th, August 15th, and October 15th. There will be a 20% late fee for each late payment.

CATERING FEES
Guarantee against 20% of gross revenue (less applicable sales tax)

TERMS
Fees are due and payable in advance of event. Deadline will be included in acceptance package.

CANCELLATION within 4 weeks of the opening date of a given show will result in 50% of booth fees being forfeited. Cancellation after stakeout will result in 100% of fees being forfeited. Red Barn Productions reserves the right to cancel our acceptance of any Vendor for any reason we see fit.  This rarely happens but every now and then we accept more then we can accommodate and need to go back and cancel a vendor's acceptance.  In these cases, the application fee is refunded along with any other fees collected at the time.
