Please Note: The deadline for new merchant applications is May 1, 2010, and the deadline for returning merchant applications is May 15, 2010.
Returning Merchants
It's time to begin preparations for the 2010 Great Dickens Christmas Fair™ - our 32nd annual! We are happy to provide you with our new Returning Merchant Package as an online download. Last year worked much better with online downloads… so again this year the application is available for you to download online anytime you see fit. All you have to do is fill it out, check it for accuracy, sign where necessary, make copies for yourself, and mail it back with the submittal fee of $100. The most important thing is that you make sure all your information is current, especially your email! Email is always our preferred mode of communication and we check it daily. Because we know your work, we only need photos or samples of new, unjuried items. Once we have received your application submittal we will determine your acceptance into the Fair and, if accepted, you will receive a contract in a separate mailing which will need to be signed and returned with the first portion of your fees.

#2 Please make sure to read the costume guidelines.
#3 Please read the Booth building guidelines.
#4 Be complete in your application submittal.
