Curtains are an excellent detail, but they must be properly treated. Living plants or Christmas trees are allowed; all fake greenery must be fire retarded. When you purchase a fire-retarded item, save the label.

You may add details such as wreaths, stockings, miniature trees decorated with small ornaments or wares, holly, mistletoe, and other Victorian items that evoke the feeling of Christmas.

All booths are required to have a 5-lb. Fire Extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A10BC. The charge must be current as of this year.

Carts must be real working carts. Even if they can't actually roll, they must still have real wheels that look as though they could roll. Carts must be approved and completed by the booth-building deadline.
